Computer Science Engineer Nora Mcleod has built a life she enjoys in Seattle, trying to fit in, to be “normal.” But after the death of her great-aunt Gwen, she knows she has to go back to the old house in the orchard in Southern California, the scene of the accident that changed her for life. The place where she suffered a severe head injury as a child, leaving her with no memory of the accident except for haunting memories of her best friend Logan, who didn’t survive. In her dreams his bloodied ghost constantly stands in the courtyard, whispering, “Nora remember.”
Evan Ortiz, an electrical engineer and former classmate of Nora’s has been in love with her for years. He offers to come with her to California to help her settle affairs and hopefully get to know her better. Upon arrival at the beautiful old house in the orchard, he starts to have visions of Nora’s friend Logan. Logan is trying to warn them both that what happened to Nora wasn’t an accident. Even worse, the killer is still out there and has lured Nora home on purpose. They must unmask the killer and his motives before something worse happens to Nora.
